No access door should be
located in a bathroom or kitchen.
The air leakage rate through an access
hatch, including the frame, should be
less than 1.0 m3/h at 2Pa.
Hatch covers should be heavy enough
to compress the seal or be clamped.
Drop down hatches are more difficult
to seal and it is recommended that a
proprietary unit is used.
